What's in the box?
Every box includes Love Luna teen period underwear (her style, her size), 2 TOM Organic period protection products she's chosen, self care product picked for teen skin, something sweet, and a welcome note.
It's not just a period kit. It's a box that says someone thought about her, packed it for her. That part matters.
How does personalisation work?
After you subscribe, we send you a short personalisation form. Takes about 60 seconds. You tell us her name, her Love Luna style and size, her period protection preferences, her birth month, and any food allergies or dietary requirements. We use all of that to pack her box specifically for her. Not for "a teenage girl." For her.

When will I get my order?
Every box is packed and shipped in the first week of the month. Subscribe by the 25th to receive that month's box. Orders placed after the 25th will ship with the following month's box.
What size Love Luna underwear does she need?
Love Luna's teen range runs from Australian size 6/8 through to 14/16, and they size specifically for teen bodies, not scaled-down adult ones. When you sign up, the form walks you through the options with a simple guide, so you're not guessing.
Not sure between two sizes? Go up. Love Luna's teen underwear is designed to move with her, not dig in and ruin her day.
What age is Gurl Code for?
Built for teen girls aged 13 to 18, but mums with preteens (9 to 12) can absolutely subscribe too so she's ready before her first period arrives. There is no wrong time to be prepared
When does the box ship?
Orders placed by the 25th of the month ship that month. Orders placed after the 25th ship the following month. Your first box is made to order, once you complete your personalisation form, allow up to 2 weeks for packing and dispatch.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard AU Post shipping, added at checkout.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Once your first order is placed, log in to your account to pause, skip a month, or cancel at any time. No lock-in. No cancellation fees.
Are the products safe for teens?
Yes. Love Luna is an Australian brand designed for teen bodies. TOM Organic pads are certified organic cotton, no synthetic fragrances, no chlorine bleaching, no plastic top sheets. The skincare is selected for teen skin. Nothing in this box would make a dermatologist wince.
