How does personalisation work?
After you subscribe, we send you a short personalisation form. Takes about 60 seconds. You tell us her name, her Love Luna style and size, her period protection preferences, her birth month, and any food allergies or dietary requirements. We use all of that to pack her box specifically for her. Not for "a teenage girl." For her.

What size Love Luna underwear does she need?
Love Luna's teen range runs from Australian size 6/8 through to 14/16, and they size specifically for teen bodies, not scaled-down adult ones. When you sign up, the form walks you through the options with a simple guide, so you're not guessing.

What age is Gurl Code for?
Built for teen girls aged 10 to 18.
When does the box ship?
Orders placed by the 28th ship in the first week of the following month. After the 28th, she is in the month after that.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Delivery is included in the price, Australia-wide. Nothing extra at checkout.
Can she get a box every 2 months instead?
Yes. Every box comes monthly or every 2 months, you choose at checkout. Same box, same price per box, just a longer gap between deliveries.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Once your first order is placed, log in to your account to pause, skip a month, or cancel at any time. No lock-in. No cancellation fees.
Are the products safe for teens?
Yes. Love Luna is an Australian brand designed for teen bodies. TOM Organic pads are certified organic cotton, no synthetic fragrances, no chlorine bleaching, no plastic top sheets. The skincare is selected for teen skin. Nothing in this box would make a dermatologist wince.
