Period Swim: Bikini Brief
She gets in the water. That's it.
No sitting on the towel pretending she doesn't feel like swimming. No tampon conversation before she's ready for one. These look like a normal bikini bottom and work quietly underneath, with four layers and a water repellent finish so nothing goes anywhere.
Beach days, swim carnivals, the pool at her mate's house. She just goes.
Why she'll actually wear them
- Looks like regular swimwear, because it is
- Nothing bulky, nothing visible, nothing to announce
- Pairs with the matching bikini top
- Goes with everything already in her drawer

Washing them
Rinse in cold water straight after swimming, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry in the shade. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dryer.
Picking her size
Go by her measurements rather than her age. If she is between sizes, go up.
